Tips and Recipes for your Party

Looking for some drink recipes for your non-alcoholic guests? Look no further than below for some delicious "mocktail" selections.

 

VIRGIN MARY

Tomato juice 180 ml.
Worcestershire sauce a dash
Tobasco sauce a dash
Lime juice a dash
Salt, Pepper, Celery to taste

Mix all over ice. Garnish with Celery stalk and Lime wedge.


STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

Fresh or frozen Strawberries 100 gms.
Lemonade 100 ml.
Grenadine 20 ml.

Blend with ice until smooth. Garnish with Cocktail Flag.


VIRGIN PINA COLADA

Pineapple juice 100 ml.
Cream of coconut 60 ml.

Blend with ice until smooth. Serve in a Hurricane glass garnished with a Pineapple wedge, Whipped cream and a Cherry.


CINDERELLA

Orange juice 100 ml.
Pineapple juice 100 ml.
Grenadine a dash
Soda to top

Combine all but soda, shake and pour into Collins glass, top with soda. Serve in a Collins glass garnished with Cherry.


TOMATO COCKTAIL

Worcestershire sauce ½ tsp.
Lemon Juice 1 tsp.
Tomato Juice 100 ml.
Salt, pepper to taste
few Ice cubes

Stir in a mixing glass half a tea spoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon Lemon juice, 100 ml. Tomato juice and a little salt and pepper over ice cubes. Serve in a Cocktail glass.


TROPICAL

Grenadine syrup 20 ml.
Syrups de menthe (mint syrup) 20 ml.
Milk cold 200 ml.

Shake or build directly in the glass.
